From Picky to Curious: Help Your Child with Selective Eating

Dealing with a very picky eater on a day-to-day basis can be exhausting. Your child might only eat a limited number of meals and would rather starve than have anything outside of their 'safe' food. Mealtimes can be stressful and impact the whole family.

These online sessions are based on our Eat Talk Thrive course but are designed specifically for parents who face the additional challenges that severe picky eating can bring. These gentle supportive sessions will explore:

-the reasons behind picky eating/ARFID

-what you can do that doesn't involve food

-ways to encourage your child to try new foods

A one-to-one session is also included for all participants

The next course starts in late autumn 2024, dates tbc.
